Dear Valued Customers,

We’d like to take a moment to update you on the status of our operations and what we are doing to limit the risks associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. Responses through the United States have been changing at a very rapid pace and we’ve been closely monitoring and adjusting our practices as changes occur. We take our responsibility to our employees, our customers, and our local communities very seriously.

Banker Wire will continue to follow the guidelines that have been set forth by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Along with following these guidelines, we’ve also implemented increased frequencies of cleaning and disinfecting throughout our entire facility. In addition, we have focused on social distancing in the workplace which include many employees working remotely as well as new procedures and precautions on our manufacturing floor. We appreciate the commitment all of our employees have made and we are equally as committed to their health, safety, and success.

As defined by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Critical Infrastructure Sectors and The State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services Emergency Order #12 Safer At Home Order, Banker Wire is considered an essential business. Banker Wire prides itself on being the largest wire mesh supplier in the United States and the primary source of wire mesh to many customers involved in a number of essential industries. The industries include, but are not limited to, energy, food processing, water treatment, transportation, agriculture, and detention/security.

Banker Wire will continue to manufacture woven and welded wire mesh at our headquarters in Mukwonago, Wisconsin to support our customers as long as we continue to meet state and federal guidelines. Rest assured that we understand how important our products are to your processes and continuing to supply your operations with the wire mesh you need is our top priority.

Thank you for your continued business and we look forward to working with you through these unprecedented and changing times. We will continue to monitor all developments in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and will keep you informed of any changes.

Sincerely,

Tim Frank
President
