Wire from carefully selected vendors is crimped on proprietary crimping machines using tooling designed and made on site. The crimped wire is then assembled on screen assembly looms designed and built by our own staff of engineers and machine builders.
ResultsThere is total control of the manufacturing process. Exact openings, correct crimp style, dimensionally stable fabrics and complete lot to lot repeatability are all standard. There is a constant array of new specifications being developed - if you don't see it, ask. Whether the quantity of material is large or small, we have the equipment and techniques to insure maximum value.
StandardsOur method of manufacture is very flexible, and permits us to weave virtually all material as flat pieces and to specific dimensions. If you need material cut to specific sizes, order it that way and save time and money.
While special tail or picket lengths are no problem, absent any specific instructions, all of our material is produced with "balanced" tail (or pickets) which means that the openings in both directions will be symmetrical in relation to the overall piece dimensions. All standard industrial specifications are produced in accordance with ASTM E 2016-06 standards. Test Sieve Cloth is produced to ASTM E-11 standards. Consult us for other standards where applicable. It is important to discuss with your sales representative the method of shipping. We offer several packaging options ranging from simple palletizing for customer arranged or brokered trucking to full crating services. |
